Le Tournant is featured in the brand-new book by Brussels’ Kitchen, “Brussels – 100 Chefs, 100 Seafood Recipes”, written by Chloé Roose and published by Éditions Racine.
The book will be released in early November 2025 and celebrates the richness of Brussels’ dining scene and its deep connection with the sea.
After two iconic first editions, Brussels’ Kitchen brings together 100 chefs from the capital, each sharing a seafood recipe that represents their cooking. From shrimp croquettes on Place Sainte-Catherine to modern takes on fish & chips, the book showcases the many ways Brussels chefs bring the sea to the table.
We’re proud to be part of this beautiful project, alongside so many talented chefs who, like us, highlight seasonal produce, honesty, and the joy of sharing.
Our recipe sits next to classics such as Gazzosa’s spaghetti vongole and Nénu’s mussels with bacon and chili — making it the perfect cookbook for both quiet Tuesday dinners and festive Saturdays.
